I have found that the workshops that I do make a difference in the life of the local church.  I have taught these courses for Integrity Music over the years and just start pouring the information into the band and vocalists.  I find that many churches are needing help in things like reading music, chord symbols, improvisation, working the form of a song, getting the band to sound "tighter".  Little things like adding a "horn section" always can make a difference in the contemporary worship team.  In these semiars it is critical to teach about "team" playing.  As a Christian, it is important to know things like being in one accord when we play.
